What is GPAT insurance?

Group Personal Accident & Travel insurance helps protect your directors and employees if they suffer an accident that causes death, disability, or loss of limbs or sight. It can also cover accidents that happen while travelling abroad, giving you peace of mind at work and on business trips.

The policy has two core parts. You can choose one or both, depending on your needs:

  • Personal Accident Cover: pays a lump sum or weekly benefit if an insured person I injured and this leads to death within two years, or to a permanent or temporary disability.
  • Business Travel Cover: provides benefits while travelling overseas.This includes medical and emergency travel expenses, repatriation, travel disruption, and loss, theft, or damage to business equipment and personal belongings.
