The BAR Removals Masterclass 5-day residential course for new and aspiring Removals Industry Managers covered a range of topics including Health and Safety, Legal & HR aspects of Employment, Claims Handling & Settlement, Lead Generation and Operational Planning in the Moving Industry.
The two-hour Masterclass examined what insurance is? How customer’s possessions are covered financially in the event of damage or loss. What happens when disaster strikes (including a case study of the impacts of a large fire at a removal and storage operation) and the importance of vehicle insurance and other types of insurance necessary to the Removals Industry.
