Reason Global Training Course Designated Official Credential in IAM Trusted Programme

To date, the course has been visited over 2100 times and over 50 professionals working in the international moving industry have received the IAM Certificate of Achievement for successfully completing the course, verifying that they understand the basic principles and knowledge required for dealing with client queries related to liability, transit insurance and claims management.

The IAM Trusted Moving Specialist (IAM TMS) programme is a professional credential bestowed by IAM upon individuals in the international moving industry who have satisfactorily completed the required IAM Learning courses and passed the Final Assessment. It recognises industry members who have demonstrated their commitment to providing professional services to their customers and trading partners through acquisition and mastery of industry knowledge, skills and globally-accepted industry standards.

Malcolm Pearson, Managing Director of Reason Global said: “With our ability to deliver face-to-face training for clients curtailed by a global pandemic, having an easily accessible online course where people can gain a basic understanding of the principles around this subject has been of great value.”

Ray daSilva, IAM Learning Administrator said: “Through the collaboration with Reason Global and their sponsorship of this course, IAM Learning can offer this important training to its members as a benefit of IAM membership. We are currently designing the IAM Trusted Moving Professional credential for individuals that wish to progress from the IAM TMS level. Along with financial and management training, this course will be a requirement.”

“We are extremely grateful to all our supplier member sponsors but especially to Reason Global for additionally contributing content and guiding the development of this course. When we work together in this way, we lift the entire industry,” said Chuck White, President of the International Association of Movers.
