As the home moving market starts to re-open, the British Association of Removers (BAR) has produced a detailed best practice guide for the removals and storage industry on the safe return to operational activity during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The BAR has collaborated with the UK property market industry and professional bodies and organisations in the property development, management and home moving process in the UK to produce and publish these guidelines.
The guide offers recommendations for all professionals delivering services that require them to come into physical contact with people and/or enter private residential properties. It will be supported by a consumer guidance document on safe home moving, to ensure safety, clarity, transparency and a smooth process for all parties involved.
