Reason Global Launches IAM Training Course

At Reason Global, we are excited to be sponsors and developers of a new online training course in Liability, Transit Insurance & Claims Management with the International Association of Movers (IAM). This course is specifically designed for the international moving industry.

Developed and written specifically for this industry by Reason Global in conjunction with IAM, the new online course delivers the basic principles and knowledge required for dealing with client queries around liability, transit insurance and claims management.

We are delighted with the course, which was presented at the IAM Annual Conference in Chicago in October. Malcolm Pearson, Managing Director of Reason Global, said: “We have worked hard on this with IAM as we saw real value in providing an online course that was not subject to the time constraints of webinars or geographical constraints of face-to-face training. While we often deliver face-to-face training for our clients around the world, we also felt there was a real need for people to gain a basic understanding of the principles around this subject in an easy-to-access way. I’d like to thank Ray daSilva of IAM Learning for the incredible amount of work and passion he put into this whole project, and hope the industry feels it is a beneficial tool for their companies and colleagues.”

The course is free and easy to access for all IAM members and includes a final assessment and Certificate of Completion to demonstrate the knowledge learnt.

Members can visit the IAM Learning website to find out more and take the course.
